  • Guest：Booked this hotel purely for the love of Pokémon… we got this for our daughter and she loves it! Good thing is it’s really a sizeable room in Tokyo perspective so all good!

We were travelling as a family of four and the room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it so comfortable and convenient for our family. The location is great and everything about the stay felt easy and family friendly. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional kindness of the staff. We encountered a stressful situation during check-in when we realised we had left our passports behind at our previous hotel. Riri and Sandra immediately stepped in and went far beyond their call of duty. They listened, stayed calm with us, and actively looked for solutions. Sandra even reached out to her personal contact to help retrieve our passports, something we never expected and will never forget. Because of their initiative, care, and genuine kindness, what could have been a travel disaster turned into a moment of deep gratitude and relief. We are so thankful for Riri and Sandra, and for the heart behind the service at Mimaru. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly caring place to stay in Tokyo.   • Guest：Great stay at mimaru. Clean room and received the pyjamas and slippers. The only thing I’d suggest would be adding bath salt as part of your options for lotions etc. Great location and plenty of food options to choose from around the area. Easy walk to Tokyo main station.
